Dr. Yates is absolutely amazing. I haven't felt this good in a long time. He is extremely reliable. He has a very good professional reputation and I know that I'm under the care of an expert.

One thing I really liked, was that they kept me updated about where I was at in the recovery process, and how long before I would be fully recovered. It gave me more of an idea about how much time I could expect to be recovering, and encouraged me on all the progress I had made. Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily. They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years. They did not pressure me at all to return. They gave me the information I needed and left the choice up to me.

Dr. Yates uses the NUCCA technique (No popping, twisting or cracking!) which I was skeptical at first. He laid me on the table and touched gently behind my ear. I couldn't beleive that, that was the adjusment. My back pain and migraine headaches did not respond to ibuprofen or aspirn or tylenol. I did not think NUCCA did anything, until 3 weeks later when I realized that my migraines were gon and my back pain was gone. I usually have back pain during pregnancy. My last pregnancy was wonderful because I did not have the back pain I have come to hate. Dr. Yates is an amazing doctor and really listens to you. He takes time with you and gets to know your family (especially my kids). If you have not experienced NUCCA, it is a must. Also, I like the fact that Dr. Yates does not want to see me for the rest of my life. I just now have to come back twice a year for a check-up!
