I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly I can be taken care of. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. Everyone in my community knows that they are the absolute best in the field.
