This staff is beyond amazing.. Micah had a major problem with wire when it snapped in half during a weekend. I messaged them because I was not sure the hours since staff was away for training but they had someone come in the weekend with no problem.. their patients are first no matter what... they take the time to work with you..

They will do whatever they can to help no matter what.

The staff isn't just a staff but a team who works amazing together to assure your taken care of the proper way.

The patient involvement with social media and especially in person is incredible. This is by far the best medical practice of any sort.

My first two visits went very good. Everyone was very nice and welcoming as i am a new patient. Everyone here was very helpful in answering my questions about the process of getting braces. Once my appointment came to get the braces which was very quick, the process went very smooth and so far I am very satisfied. I can't wait for the final results in a year. I look forward to coming to my next appointment as the staff were exceptional!

We are nearing the end of our time with Mattiacio. (cue sad face) Braces have been off for a year and my daughter is only coming in for retainer checks. The atmosphere of the office is so positive and friendly, and everyone we come in contact with is welcoming and gives us a full explanation of options, procedures and expectations. We always readily recommend Mattiacio when someone asks what orthodontist to see.

The whole staff is always warm, friendly and fun! We especially loved today as the staff made Dr. M wear a TuTu! Oh yeah, also very responsive to any issues going on with the teeth and braces. My one son has had a lot of issues that were difficult to solve or attempt to figure out what to do for the future of his teeth and Dr.M worked extremely well in conjunction with my sons dentist to make a solid plan. It was much appreciated!

Lillian looks forward to evaluations every six monthsbecause Dr. M and his staff are so warm and welcoming. The office is always so clean and the staff are so energetic and fun. They are always on time and you never feel rushed if you have questions to ask! Keep up the good work!

This place is top notch! We went to another local orthodontist before Matticio. They wanted to put braces on him that week (he's 9) and he would had to have 2 sets because of his young age. My co-worker recommended we come here for a second opinion. SO happy that we did! Long story short the doc. Said he would like to wait and see him every six months (free) and go from there. Yes he will need braces but he likes to brace them at puberty for optimal results. Dr. Matticio was so nice and PERSONABLE to myself and my son. So real! Took time and talked everything out. We didn't feel rushed! We felt appreciated and left completely understanding the future.

So that's great, right? But it doesn't end there or actually begin there. It begins by a beautiful building with ample parking. You walk in to a welcoming environment and are greeted by a smiling face at the front desk. They get out of their chair and walk over to meet you then explain how my son can sign in himself, they have a snack bar (healthy), coffee, and beverages. In the waiting room are comfortable chairs, gaming systems and wifi. You are taken on a tour of the building, meet the staff and have your X-rays. Then you are explained what the options are.

I could go on and on... Points systems, games, website.... I mean they really have thought everything out!

My daughter Mackenzie goes here. The staff is AMAZING!!!!!! They are always kind and friendly and it is such a warm pleasant place to go. I don't think you could ever have a bad experience here. I would highly recommend them. We knew this was going to be the place to go right out of the gate.

I did invisalign with Dr. Mattiacio and my teeth are now perfectly straight. I am so happy with the results. Everyone was very friendly and accommodating. I loved the overall experience.
