It hasn't been the greatest experience to be in the hospital but Kindred has been a good experience which was quite nice. Everyone in the therapy team has been very helpful. I really appreciate all of their support and couldn't do it without them. All the staff in the therapy team are great therapist as they keep you motivated and watch you through the progress of your development. I surely would recommend anyone to Kindred Even my family members. PJ who is a tech there is one of my favorite techs. She has supported me in so many ways. Thank you PJ.

Baylor medical center in Fort Worth referred me to Kindred. They provided me a list of other hospitals to choose from but my family an I decided to go to Kindred. We really didn't know too much about Kindred as we never really heard of them and was kind of skeptical. I am used to larger name hospitals as most of us are. When I arrive at the facility, the team was different than what I expected. When I first met my Physician, Dr Adamo I was very please with his introduction and his ability to look at my past diagnosis and determine what was best for my recovery. I felt very comfortable with him being my doctor and his constant visits and updated information. He visits me every morning and talks to me about my condition and the progress or if I declined in some areas or if I am approved in other areas. Thank you Dr. Adamo. If he had a office outside of the hospital I surely would be one of his patients there.

Denise who is one of the night nurses is outstanding, she's on top of everything and she has just been there for me when needed. She goes beyond her call of duty as a standard nurse. She has just been very caring and loving with not only me but I assume other patients as well. I had other nurses who took care of me both day and the night who have been outstanding as well, but I just can't recall their names, but they also do deserve their recognition. Marcos is one of their BEST. Even if he scheduled on another floor and not on the floor that I was on, he still comes down to make a visit and just to say hello and see how we're doing.

My dialysis staff has also been another outstanding team. Carolyn Jones and Eileen Tennyson have been great with performing the dialysis. They know exactly what they're doing and how to perform their duties to the best. If any patients who are at the hospital considering dialysis I definitely would suggest Kindred.

Lamis who is one of the nursing managers has always made me feel very secure while being a patient at the facility. If there was a problem she was always on top of it and ensuring that all the problems were resolved in a timely manner. if I had to rate her, I would give her more than just a five star.

I've been to other hospitals before in the past. If I would've known about Kindred before I would have chosen this place to come to from the very beginning. One of the main reasons is because I was able to be treated by my primary care physician also the services and treatment that they provide at the facility. The staff at Kindred really listen to their patients needs and understands what the patient is needs are. The food for me as a diabetic wasn't quite meeting my expectations. The dietary team was always trying to count my carbs however I preferred a regular diet which is better for me in getting me back to the strength that I needed to be. The entire staff was on top of things, from the housekeeping team, nurses, doctors techs and overall people who have helped me. They work as a team and perform as a team. With the amount of patients that they have, they are still able to perform to expectations. Even though they disappeared from your room when you needed them you always knew that they were out there taking care of other patients who needed help. Overall great experience and if they had a emergency room I would definitely choose Kindred. And this comes from the heart and I'm not saying it just to give good praise but I actually really mean it.

Jamecca has been very professional and goes beyond the call of duty in the care that she provided me. Marcy from therapy has also been a sweetheart. The tech at Kindred have been fantastic there and very much needed in the hospital environment but never get the credit they should. I wish I could remember other peoples names but I'm a little bit older and so remembering names has become a little bit difficult. I definitely would come back to Kindred or any other Kindred locations. What has been great is my insurance company Old Surety wrote to me saying that since I was at Kindred they offered me a $100 voucher to pay for my premium for next month which was very surprising as no other insurance company has done this before. Something very wonderful that has happened to me for the first time when dealing with insurance.

The entire team at kindred, from the doctors to the nurses have been fantastic. They have taken great care of me during my time there. Their food is good but sometimes I wish they can do just a little bit better by adding more variety. The only suggestion that I would ask them to improve would be the night team nurses. I feel that they could use some improvement regarding their hospitality. I would like to give a five star to Dominique Baker for her care, service, hospitality and overall attention to my needs. My room at the hospital wasn't that big I wish it could've been bigger, but is the hospital. My roommate has been friendly all the time and we've been able to talk about multiple things which made it more comforting to have someone to talk to. Thank you to everybody.

I'm going to give credit where credit is due. I have been tired all the time, sleeping through the day and depressed. I was pretty much housebound and couldn't walk because I couldn't catch my breath. I was on oxygen 24/7. I was under so much stress that it was close to the final drawl. So I went to see my general practitioner at his office Dr Bishop and ask for a different pulmonologist. So he referred me to Dr. Boddie which he later referred me to Kindred.

Everybody all the hospital from the nursing, administration, therapy team, housekeeping team and the dietary team were very positive and wanted to help in every way possible. They never made me feel like I was being a bother but getting me better was their main objective. I would like to give credit to particular individuals however I would feel that I am leaving others out who also deserve credit as I cannot remember all their names. I did have one roommate for about the 1/2 hours and than they moved her to another room which made it very pleasant for me as I didn't have to share my private space. The room isn't too shabby but sometimes a little bit cold. I do wish I could turn back time about two years back and know of a hospital such as this place. Thank you to the pulmonary and respiratory team for having such a great program. I would surely recommend anybody to come to kindred if you're considering.

The therapy team was excellent as they stayed on task with everyone. They made everyone feel special and made sure everyone got the attention they needed. When the cleaning crew came to my room, I did not have to worry that they would interrupt my guest or leave a mess when they leave. They worked quickly and efficiently. Food was good but could be better. Got lots of fresh fruits, grapes, strawberries and oranges. The breakfast was good as well, with a wide variety.

Thank you for letting me be one of your patients at your hospital. Didn't expect to have a good experience at any hospital, but I do have to say this experience was one of the best. It wouldn't be that way if it wasn't for your team going above and beyond service and care. Lamis who is one of your ambassadors has done a great job and looking after me and making sure that all my special requests were fulfilled. Also PJ who is one of the techs is one of the greatest techs I've ever had. If there were more of her, your hospital would be a five star. I would surely recommend anyone to Kindred.
