Yesterday had tomography done on legs the ladies were joyful and great to work with even thou the procedure was uncomfortable they walked me thru the whole procedure with compassion and caring

Horrible no signage for pain management , first timers good luck ! Then made to fill out paperwork asking about jail time,arrest records and if I had lost my meds .then I realized these are questions for an off the street junkie with serious addiction problems not a 70 yr old man who’s getting pregabalin for neuralgia
For the last twenty years !Extremely insulting as is the request for a urine sample and the prison bathroom they have you use . Like your in a recovery lockup or should be . Yet they’re very worried about pronouns but I guess insinuating your patients are junkies is okay. I’ll be searching for another provider as soon as I am more mobile as I’m recovering from surgery now . Too bad I’ve been there for 9 years and the NP is excellent too bad administration policy isn’t.

When i went to the E.R. I was taking right in. I did not have to wait in the waiting room. Once I was in my room everyone was very helpful. I did not have to worry about pain because the nurses were on top of it and my room was always clean.

Excellent care! Dr. Lynn Swisher was very thorough and careful, as she has always been. I am again grateful for her expertise and kindness. The nurses Morgan, Sean, and Jonathan were a great team!

Great experience again. The best thing really, was the nurse that got me set up for my procedure; she was very pleasant, skilled, professional, and friendly, which, to me makes all the difference in the world, as far as how the experience was. I wish it was like that everywhere you go. The doctor as usual, and everyone checking me in were very nice as well. Procedure was totally painless. Overall great. Thank you!

I visited the ER and the Urology department during 2023. During both visits I received exceptional care - I was treated well, my medical needs were attended to professionally, and I and the care givers developed a follow-up plan. My wait prior to care was brief in both cases. I highly recommend Cayuga Medical Center and Medical Associates,.
