I would recommend Kindred Hospital to all my corporate friends and family. I want to especially thank all the nurses on the 3rd floor. My care
has been outstanding here at Kindred. I was admitted for wound care.
My wound care nurse and doctors have done a great job , my wounds are improving a little each day. I have had several wound care surgical procedures here at Kindred to assist with the healing process. Physical therapy is awesome, when I arrived at Kindred on June 26, I could not stand. Today July 15th, I walked 38 steps. I am improving everyday, working to get stronger. My appetite has improved, the food is good, I receive three nutritious meals along with vitamin milk shakes everyday.
My family and I have met so many nice people here at Kindred. I want to thank the patient representative for her daily visits, daily newspaper and genuine chats about any concerns during my stay here at Kindred. Everyone deserves a thank you, Kindred Hospital has a wonderful staff who are committed to great care. Nick

I am presently a patient at Kindred Hospital Pittsburgh. This is by far the best hospital experience I have had. The nurses are friendly and professional. My meals are good. All of the patients have their own private room. My room was cleaned 3 times today. My wound care team is awesome, both my doctor and nurse. I have been a patient in 10 different hospitals in the last two months, I rate Kindred Hospital Pittsburgh NUMBER ONE ! Thanks for the great care, Joe

My trip to Kindred was unexpected and something I wasn't prepared for. I was anxious coming in to what turned out to be a very positive experience. The doctors, nurses and staff were top notch and made my stay a pleasant experience. I'm truly thankful.

Everyone took care of all my needs. Physical Therapy was very thorough and I was standing ..... something I have not done for a while. My nurses were compassionate , attentive, friendly
and made me as comfortable as possiblle . Thank you for all the great care. I would recommend Kindred Hospital to my family and friends. Susan

I have been in many hospitals and a few nursing homes through the years and Kindred Hospital Pittsburgh is a cut above the rest. I am treated like a member of the family by their kind and caring staff. I would reccommend them to anyone who needs acute care - I am confident about their care.

My son Walter was admitted to Kindred Hospital Pittsburgh on June 13,2014. Immediately everyone was helpful, courteous and friendly from the first person at the front desk to the medical staff caring for Walter to the administration personnel. Everyone is very respectful of Walter's needs and are working toward his best interests for all areas of his recovery? The CEO John Burton was especially helpful in facilitating Walter's admittance and helping with the many details that are necessary with an out of country patient.
