spent most of Saturday afternoon at Vista trying to get a chest xray
everyone was very unqualified to help me, check in was closed, I was sent to ER, they had computer problems, wanted me to go through
ER, I explained I was there for only an xray
I was told computer could not accmodate me to come back Monday
at which time I asked for a manager
Manager made a call to my doctor, and got xray accomplished
this was only after being there all afternoon
trying to send me home, was very unprofessional being a hospital
and having a patient there for potential pneumonia symptoms.
I hesitated going to Vista to begin with and thought it would be easy for
my doctor to monitor the situation, however will NOT use them again
everyone there seemed unqualified and not professional.

They didn't display their qualifications. It made me nervous. I had to wait a few weeks to get an appointment but I eventually got in. I was never able to relax during my appointment. I was on edge the whole time. They never take that extra step to make me feel special. I haven't ever felt that they care enough to get to know me and that I'm almost an irritation. The equipment at this hospital was so old I was scared something was going to break. I didn't feel safe in their care.

We have had consistent problems with medication orders not being entered in computer correctly and not being adhered to even after correction. They print a list of meds in the am and do not bother to check if the orders are changed during the day. When the patient questions the medication being handed to them, the nurse insists the computer is right instead of verifying. Once the issue escalates to supervisor involvement, the Dr is finally called and the medication is verified. Guess what - the patient was correct!
