Whenever I see them, they make me feel like I'm their only client. I've always felt very respected. This provider has so much helpful information available online. They have an impressive website that's easy to use, with forms that you can fill out before your appointment. They also have a great online presence in multiple directories. They are nice but WAY overbooked and the staff is clearly overworked. They should really allow for more time in between appointments if they want to keep any business. Their office was the absolute perfect temperature. It was so nice to be able to get out of the weather outside and sit in a relaxing, comfortable office.

Dr. Kader is a very nice and caring person. In the eight months or so I've been seeing her, she has been nothing but professional and supportive. My only complaint is her office location has changed a couple of times. This is obviously not a reflection on the doctor, it was just a small inconvenience for me. I would definately feel comfortable recommending her to family and friends.

I asked Dr. Kadar eight times over a four month period to call my insurance company with a pre-authorization so my prescription will be covered under my insurance company and not cost me $155.00/month. I asked her in person, I E-Mailed her, wrote a letter and she has not bothered to make a simple phone call. I provided the number for her to call. My insurance company tried to contact her but she has ignored them. She is very unprofessional and very inconsiderate.

They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. I've been other places that left me unattended for quite awhile, but not here. They would never leave me unattended and they always go the extra mile to make me feel cared for. They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places.
