They could've used quite a few more staff members. They were very understaffed and I ended up having to wait quite awhile. I showed up on time for my appointment but they weren't even there yet. I had to wait quite a while for them and my entire day's schedule was messed up. They offer the best pricing I've ever seen. I couldn't believe how little I ended up having to pay. They answered my questions and spent a lot of time with me. I didn't feel like they were trying to rush my appointment at all.

Definitely, she/he seemed very knowledgeable about all different types of contacts

They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. I couldn't believe how knowledgeable and well-informed the staff was. They were able to answer all my questions, except the ones they needed to have their boss's input on. It was great to be able to talk to such a skilled staff. They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous.

I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. They didn't pressure me to buy anything I didn't need, which I really appreciated. I've been to other places that pressured me to buy stuff and it always made me very uneasy. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy.
