I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. I was very impressed with the level of knowledge that they had about different types of contacts. They were so helpful that they even recommended a brand that they thought would be appropriate for my lifestyle.

They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question. They answered my questions and spent a lot of time with me. I didn't feel like they were trying to rush my appointment at all. They were very polite and helpful and made sure that I had everything I needed.
