Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here. They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. The one thing I love about them is that they always help me out when I need my glasses repaired or adjusted. They always fix my glasses pretty quickly, so I never have to worry about being without them. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up.

They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. They are always prepared for my appointment and remember everything about me. Their staff is very friendly and professional.
