Recently had to call in to get my eye prescription faxed due to being on a trip away from home. The girl "Cristal" who answered the phone was extremely rude. After asking to speak with her supervisor, this young lady told me that she did not need to let me do that and she was not required to help me, then she hung the phone up on me. After calling back a different lady answered the phone who was very pleasant and helped right away. The first girl who answere the phone should be fired for POOR customer service.

They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored. They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one.
