I visited last year while trying to enlist in the military. I got what I needed but later needed to come back for a more thorough review and a letter of recommendation regarding the state of my eyes. This second visit, a few weeks later, was provided free of any additional charges. They were very friendly to me and answered all my inquiries (I typically have a few questions regarding general eye care and issues relating to colorblindness).

I couldn't believe how rude and inconsiderate they were. I showed up before their scheduled closing time and they said they were closing. They knew I needed help but they still decided to close early. They really did not treat me respectfully. I think they only looked at me as a $. They would not listen to me about my eye problems. Just did a stamped out exam.
