Every time I'd ask a question, it seemed like they were annoyed and didn't want to give me an answer. I understand they're busy, but they should really treat their clients better. They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary. They seemed to know what they were talking about most of the time, but I still wasn't very comfortable. Their primary concern is what's best for me, and they only give me the advice that would benefit me the most. They weren't friendly at all. They were extremely rude and impolite.
