I'll definitely be going back. I didn't have a bad experience. The waiting area is rather small, but there is always a seat available. It would be nice if it was more spacious, but I've never had to stand. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. They were very qualified and knowledgeable. I could tell that they've been doing their job well for quite a while.
