I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice. They gave about the same level of care as others I have been to for the same problem.

I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule. I've been places before where they were argumentative and angry, so I was nervous that I would encounter that here as well. Instead, they were very calm and understanding the entire time. I could tell they really care about everyone who visits them.

I love how much attention to detail they show. They have a very good professional reputation and pay attention to details. I know that I'm under the care of an expert. They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here.
