The quality of lens was pissed poor. They were scratched within 4 months - for $150 lens! My old glasses I've had for 6 years and they look much, much better. Whenever I called with a question or concern, the staff made me feel stupid for calling. I avoided calling because I didn't want to feel stupid. It seemed like they were trying to rush my appointment and were annoyed to be helping me. It was obvious that they wanted to be somewhere else. Whatever cologne they were wearing was one of the best I've ever smelled. It made my experience that much more enjoyable. They are almost always unavailable. It was difficult to get an ideal appointment time that fit my schedule.

Never, they go out of their way to address every concern of mine immediately

Definitely not; I received the best service ever!
