consult was great - felt very clear and not rushed. pre-op also very good, I felt listened to. However, a prescription wasn't called in by accident, so I had to scramble day of the surgery. Then, I felt some difficulty getting in touch with people in the office after my surgery when I had questions even though I was told to 'call or email anytime day or night.' Of course I can call or email anytime, but the implication was that the calls or emails would be answered after hours. But when emails are not answered after hours or on weekends, it sounds like an empty offer. This was especially troublesome when Uma left the office early (4pm) without checking her emails. The real offer is to expect to hear back during business hours. That would have set my expectations properly. Beyond that, I was happy with my surgical results and would recommend to others.

I would absolutely do the whole procedure again. Every step was wonderful. Dr. Robinson knows exactly what he is doing and is a true professional and fine Christian gentleman. Each one of his staff are so precious. I feel like I am a queen around them all. No need to look any further ladies and gentleman. This is where you will be blessed.

Dr. Robinson made the appropriate recommendations for my issues (hooded eyes) without going overboard. I was extremely well informed, and the recovery was better than expected, and am very pleased with the results! Very natural and, as Dr. Robinson stated, I now look 'like a less tired version of myself'! Highly recommend this practice.

I had asked around as to who was who in the business of facial plastic surgery in North Atlanta. I got several names, but the reviews on Dr. Robinson seemed more realistic as to what my expectations were going to be. I had a lower lid blepharoplasty and with his assistant, Emily, and Dr. Robinson's consultation, I proceeded to move forward. I would say that after two months that my friends and family members have seen a significant difference in the loss of the eyebags. I have even been told I look MUCH younger, which was my reasoning for having the surgery at 69 years old. I am considering a laser add-on that will smooth the skin even further, and will have Dr. Robinson's office perform that procedure as well. I felt very comfortable, especially in control of my decisions, and I have had some really good pre and post surgical care that was not expected. I would recommend Dr. Robinson to any of my colleagues who are looking to remove a few years off their face.

My experience with Dr. Robinson and his team at Robinson Facial Surgery has been nothing but great from the beginning! My nose looked crooked from the front view and it had always been one of my biggest insecurities and Dr. Robinson changed my life and my nose! I had a rhinoplasty + cartilage added to my nose and my nose now looks perfect for my face. I can not thank Dr. Robinson + his team enough for all their help during this process and would recommend him and his team to everyone!
