I made an appointment because of my up-and-down roller-coaster energy issues, and before I could tell Dr. Bier what was wrong with my energy, he was able to tell me that I had burnt out my adrenal glands, and to compensate for the low energy I was eating massive amounts of sugary+starchy foods which spiked my blood sugar levels, which is why my energy would go up and down quickly. I was doing a lot of damage to my pancreas, and I had digestive problems and mucus issues (caused by dairy), and a lack of protein. He created a customized diet+supplement regime for me, and I'm slowly but surely starting to feel a little better with each passing month. I thought I knew a lot going into my first appointment, and Dr. Bier was able to dispel all of my misconceptions and explain why in ways that made perfect sense. Don't believe everything you read on the Internet! There's a lot of misinformation out there!
