They ignored my questions and my appointment seemed rushed. Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions. The office was easy enough to find. I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed. The first time I went, I didn't have bloodwork done yet, and they scheduled my appointment anyway, he talked to me for approximately 4 minutes, billed me $40 copay, and hustled me out. Second checkup, with blood results, I tried to discuss with him why my thyroid levels are so crazy yet I don't feel any symptoms. I tried to discuss other things I could do to improve my thyroid health, and he dismisses it, and quick quick! out of that office super fast! I thought my most recent visit might be my last and that I could just get my paperwork and never visit a specialist again, and sure enough, this might have been the fastest appointment yet. He ran into the examination room, almost knocked my water bottle out of my hand trying to reach for my throat to feel my thyroid gland, run run into the office, told me levels are still a little high, let's up the doses and see you in two months. Before I had stood up, he had already run to the door and was holding it open for me. Four minutes.
When I went to get my medical records in person, the receptionist was incredibly snide. I initially wanted my records but then decided I just wanted the prescribed lab work form to bring to Quest (which they had emailed to me once before). The receptionist got extremely hostile, showing me a list of patients he had that day, etc, and I said, fine, I'm glad I'm not coming back again,and he, in front of the waiting room and other patients and receptionists, said, yea, I'm glad you're not coming back, either. !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Let me be clear, I never troubled them about billing, nor tried to fight billing, etc, never missed appointments. I simply wanted to go elsewhere and went to ask for my records.

The doctor started running diagnostic tests the second he walked into the room- and it was a new patient appointment. Not even sure he bothered to tell me his name before he started checking reflexes. They ignored my questions and my appointment lasted under 10 minutes. There was no dialogue with the doctor. I listed symptoms and he had next to no feedback or followup. The office wants you to come in as many times as possible so they can bill insurance. I would never visit them again.

They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. I was so incredibly happy with the extreme friendliness of this doctor. It's something I look for in health care providers and found it here. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen. Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it. They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary.
