They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place. The restrooms at this office were spotless. It smelled amazing in there and looked immaculate. This provider has so much helpful information available online. They have an impressive website that's easy to use, with forms that you can fill out before your appointment. They also have a great online presence in multiple directories.

There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. It was so nice to arrive and see many fully qualified staff members. I've gone to some places that were very understaffed and I've never had a good experience. This place had a great staff though, and I'll definitely be going back. This provider has helpful information available online, which is really convenient. They have a good website and online presence. I really admire them for being more than willing to ask for help from other professionals in the field when they don't have an answer to my question. They aren't even slightly arrogant, and I'm confident they always have my best interest at heart.

They try not to, but sometimes it happens.

Not really, I've never seen them go above and beyond

I love that they never cancel their appointments last minute here. I can always count on them to be there for me. They always take the time to listen to me. I know they really care about me and what I have to say. I haven't seen any coupons or discounts for this provider's office, but I haven't really looked. They never mention anything about promotions when I'm there. They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered.

I would never refer any of my family and friends to go here. If I had know how terrible they were I never would have gone. They probably could have used some continuing education courses to get up-to-date on more current methods. I would never send my friends or family here. My experience here was truly horrifying. It seemed like they were trying to rush my appointment and were annoyed to be helping me. It was obvious that they wanted to be somewhere else.
