I go to the Apopka office but was at times referred to Dr. M. Smith. Dr. Childs and his staff are professional and helpful. When I was upset about the status of my health, Dr. Childs understood what was happening and immediately calmed me down, explaining everything to include expectations ad outcomes. The staff, all of them especially Dr. Childs and Dr. M. Smith, have been wonderful and make the difference in my recovery.

Dr. Childs and his staff at the Orlando foot and ankle clinic are wonderful. They found a life saving problem and have helped me and my family with other foot related issues and injury. Always courteous and helpful!

I had a very good experience. Dr. Douglas is very kind and courteous to his patients. The staff is wonderful. My husband sees Dr. Douglas now also.

I love both Dr. Childs, and the women Doctor that I saw, when he was away.
The only issue that I had, was on my 2nd visit, when I got my ingrown
toenails taken out, I wasn't really told how long the healing process was going
to take. It's been 2.5 weeks and I can't even attempt to wear shoes. I didn't know
that I would actually have opened wounds, that needed care, until AFTER the procedure,
when I was given the paper about soaking them etc. I think that was possibly My fault, as I really didn't ask that many questions. And I was not scheduled to have them out. (Had an apptm to see how I was doing, after the shots in my feet) It was a decision I made at the last minute. Once they're healed, I'm sure I'll be happy! Dr. Childs is Awesome! Very caring doctor and person. Glad I found your office!

I was pleased with Dr. Childs, he recomded the treatment that I need , I follow through, and I'm feeling much better. I'm back to my 3.5 miles walking and my regular routine of excersises.

I love my Podiatrist, his staff and the office appearance and environment. They are quick, attentive and professional. Dr. Childs is one of the best and cares about his patients. I will continue to go to him for any foots issues and refer his office to anyone in need of foot surgery. Keep up the great work, Dr. Childs and staff!!
