My visit to Custom Eyes Optometry was very pleasant. This was definitely the easiest and most thorough eye exam I have had. Everyone there was very friendly and helpful. I wasn't pressured to buy more expensive glasses or upgraded lenses.

I am always so pleased with my visits to Custom Eyes Optometry. On this last visit, which was not routine eye care, I was squeezed in right away, without delay. It was good to have that type of care. Dr. Bourgoin has always provided me with great care, and takes time to be sure that all of my questions and concerns are addressed. Thank you!

Dr. Bourgoin and his staff are excellent. He made us feel right at home, as if we were friends, and at the same time, he was the ultimate professional. Neither one of us had ever experienced such a thorough consultation and eye exam. It's comforting to know we have such a great doctor to depend on. We highly recommend Dr. Bourgoin to anyone seeking high level eye care. He's the best!

Dr Bourgoin and the staff here is very nice. When I called to make an appointment. I can usually be seen that week. They're so friendly and Dr. Bourgoin is really thorough and explaining everything that I need to know and more. My co-workers and friends comes here for their eye exams. I have to admit, it's a good place to go if you're looking for a good eye doctor :-D

I relied on my family, friends, and co-workers on a good Optometry and told me Custom Eyes is the place to be, so I had my annual eye exam here recently and I'm glad I did. These guys are fantastic. Dr. Bourgoin was really thorough and attentive...he actually helped me resolve a dry eye issue I've had for years, and he gave me the perfect prescription. I had some lenses put in old glasses and they came out perfect. This is a great shop. I highly recommend them.

Had some trouble with my prescription, so my friends recommended Dr. Bourgoin and he was great. Was able to see me the next day and got me all sorted out. Yes, it's a nice place, Dr. Bourgoin and his staff are all very nice and professional. They clearly really care about what they do, and they were able to finally give me the right prescription - not something that was ever difficult before, but for some reason I'd had issues with it now. Dr. Bourgoin is def my eye Doctor from now on!

Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in

Not at all, it was very peaceful and quiet
Does this provider ever overbook appointments here?
Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking.

They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question. This provider has very little helpful information available online, and what they do have is hard to find. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of.

They do such a great job of never overbooking appointments, even though they are extremely popular. I know for a fact that they have lots of business, but I've never had to wait a long time in a crowded waiting room like other places I've been too. They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. I couldn't believe how great their office looked. It was very obvious that they took pride in the office's appearance. It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen. Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily. I love how attentive they are here. Even when notified that they have a personal phone call, they always wait to take it later. Their full attention is always on me and it makes me feel special.
