They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. If I'm were in some kind of an emergency I'd go back. Otherwise, I'm going to look for something better. I experienced relief from my symptoms right after my treatment. I was surprised at how well the treatment worked, I am a definite believer in acupuncture now. I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly I can be taken care of. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you. They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care.

Not at all, they were glad to help me with anything I needed

Definitely not; I received the best service ever!

No, I felt fine after my treatment

I was left alone for a while, but it wasn't too long
