I had a wonderful experience at Dr. Yuan's. I had to get all of my wisdom teeth taken out in a 2 week time span. She was able to work with my schedule (going out of her way for one appointment) and my insurance to find a solution.

My recovery was fast and easy (both times). One side was more complicated. I was extremely scared that the nerve would be nicked. But that didn't happen. Actually, I experienced minimal swelling, almost no pain (I only took ibuprofen), and was back to work the next day. Although keep in mind that everyone heals differently.

Everyone at the office was friendly and pleasant. Tysef was really helpful when I would call with last minute questions or even when I needed an appointment a week in advance.

I would definitely go back to her again... but I hope I don't have to.

They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. As of late, I was experiencing an abnormal amount of pain and Dr. Hung was very compassionate, although we all know that when we are in pain, we have a bad attitude; and boy did I. However, Dr. Hung did her very best to calm me without taking offense at my rude commitments towards her. I am so sorry for treating you this way and I pray that you can forgive me; but I just wanted instance relief!!!!! That is something know-one could give me with the abscess I had. Once the antibiotics took hold and the swelling went down, Dr. Hung was able to proceed with the extraction and some added preventive care. Thank you so much Dr. Hung for your patience, kindness, and prayerfully your forgiveness. Your forever patient, Aalbyee!!!

I was referred by my dentist to have my wisdom teeth pulled by Dr. Hung I never had any surgery before so I was very scared. I heard some horror stories about wisdom teeth and all the pain and swelling but I have to say it's really not that bad. Overall it was a good experience. Swelling went down on the third day. I took some Ibuprofen and not even Percocet. Doctor was friendly and reassuring. They even wheeled me downstairs with a wheelchair after my surgery. I never had seen or heard of that.

They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. It is obvious that their office is cleaned regularly. It was fantastic. They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored. I do not know why they ask these and give their star ratings: I rank Dr. Hung a five star Doctor. I have never had a problem that she was not willing to try and help me with. She is always kindhearted as well as her staff. I cannot imagine anyone having a problem with her or her staff. I am so confident and comfortable that my children and their children are regulars as well; without complaint. Dr. Hung has always put my feelings and needs first. Allowing my pain to direct her work not her thoughts. She is very quick to say, "I have to refer you out for proper care if she feels the need for a specialist. Her ability to follow up and call during her private time is appreciated. There is not enough room for me to say how happy I am to have found Dr. Hung. It is my most humbled prayer that others are able to post their positive reviews as well. Thanks Doc for always being available and honest. Until next time...
