The front office staff is friendly, but not professional. The staff members that work with you in the chair are friendly. The prices are very, very high. I was satisfied with my results initally, and I paid in full (4-digits) the cost. After I started having some problems, no one was interested in seeing that my problem would be resolved. I am still waiting for a return phone call for a follow-up regarding my concern.

I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. It was very noticeable that they practiced good oral hygiene themselves. If it wasn't obvious I probably would've doubted that they were any good, but I could tell right away. They had a huge selection of magazines in the waiting room. I was able to find some of my favorites and they kept me entertained while I was waiting for my appointment. They were so easy to reach in an emergency, they answered my call immediately. It is a relief to know that I can count on them to always be there for me when I need them the most. When I left my appointment, my mouth felt cleaner than it's ever felt. They did such a fantastic job.
