My dog had cataract surgery in this office. She had impaired vision but after the surgery she lost eyesight in both eyes. She also developed glaucoma and was in severe pain. We had to do an additional surgery because of the glaucoma and she continued to suffer. We eventually had to put our little dog down because of her suffering. We spent more than $4600 with this insensitive man and his staff and we still lost our precious pet. Look somewhere else. He is not the only game in town. Go to OSU or the vet on the southside. Do not use this man. All is cares about is money, not your pet. He is rude and insensitive.

Not at all, they are always so organized here with making sure the vet is never too overwhelmed to ensure the best service

Extremely friendly, I could really tell his/her love for animals.

I would never refer any of my family and friends to go here. If I had know how terrible they were I never would have gone. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. Remembering clients by name is not a very big concern for the staff here because every time I come in for an appointment I constantly have to remind them who I am. It would be nice to be recognized at least once is all I'm saying. They are always polite and never use foul language, which I really appreciate. It's always made me uncomfortable at other places when I've heard them use foul language, but they don't here. I know I can bring my kids, and not worry about it. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking.
