They had some of the best pricing I have ever seen. It even seemed to be a little under what other veterinarians in the area charge, so needless to say I was pleasantly surprised. Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed.

The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. The examining rooms at Vargoshe Richard E Dr Veterinarian's office were immaculate. You could practically eat of the floor if you wanted to. There were no bad smells and everything seemed really sterile. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were designated and close to the entrance.

They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. I'm sure it's no surprise that my pet hates going to the vet, but what a relief to find an animal hospital that is so dedicated to making your pets experience as pleasant as possible. They never separate you from your pet and I was able to stay within "save me" range the whole time. No taking pets behind closed doors like other places I've been too. I have complete confidence in their ability to successfully diagnose and treat my pet with any ailment they might have. They've handled everything from annual shots to complicated illnesses, with competence and loving care. It was so nice to arrive and see many fully qualified staff members. I've gone to some places that were very understaffed and I've never had a good experience. This place had a great staff though, and I'll definitely be going back. Unlike other veterinarians I've been too, I have never seen them appear overwhelmed by too many pets. They are extremely organized and make sure the vet has plenty of time to see each patient for as long as necessary.
