They are so kind and caring, and they stay open way past their closing time to help anyone who needs them. They wouldn't deny anyone that needed help. I know I can always count on them. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. They have a huge staff that's very knowledgeable and qualified. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on.

Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were designated and close to the entrance. They do such a great job of never overbooking appointments, even though they are extremely popular. I know for a fact that they have lots of business, but I've never had to wait a long time in a crowded waiting room like other places I've been too. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. The chairs in the waiting area are pretty average. Not super deluxe but not horribly uncomfortable either. It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time.

Unbelievabley gentle, it is very apparant they truly care about pets well-being and comfort

They were very qualified and knowledgeable. I could tell that they've been doing their job well for quite a while. I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long. It was nice to hear how much the staff respected them. It made me that much more confident that I was under the care of a professional. I felt very safe in their care. I definitely trust them. I have complete confidence in their ability to successfully diagnose and treat my pet with any ailment they might have. They've handled everything from annual shots to complicated illnesses, with competence and loving care.
