Donna is the best vet I have ever been to. We had a dog with a lot of health issues and had taken him to several area vets as well as Angell Memorial Hospital. Noone could tell us what was wrong. Donna was recommended to us by a friend and she was able to diagnose and treat him the same day. Unfortunately his condition was incurable, but she allowed us to have several more happy years with him. She is the most caring vet I have ever encountered and truly is in it for the love of animals. She is thorough and brilliant. Staff are great as well. I will never take my animals to anyone else!

Were the kennels and holding areas clean?
Absolutely, the kennels and holding areas were some of the cleanest I have ever seen
Did the veterinarian allow you to stay with your pet at all times?
Absolutely! I was never asked to leave and stayed with my pet the whole time
Did you feel that this veterinarian's pricing was fair?
It was some of the best pricing I have seen

Yes, they went above and beyond

It was some of the best pricing I have seen

They were incredible. They consoled me and even gave me a hug.

Absolutely, I knew exactly what my pet had and what treatment options were available.

They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. I've never seen anyone who is more respected by their staff. The entire staff only had great things to say about working there, and it made me want to return all the more. As soon as I walked through the door, I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. They went out of their way to make me feel special and appreciated. Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place. It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time.
