We have taken our dog Shiloh to Dr Darch for years. We have relocated to Southport, NC and now Shiloh see's Dr Rabon. We were so blessed to have Shiloh with Dr Darch while in Raleigh. He is awesome. Lisa

Dr. Darch is one of the best vets in North Carolina and surrounding outside areas. He has saved my pets and did routine checkups to keep the health of our animals feeling well into their years. I have had two boxers, two dobermans, two cats, one west highland terrier and one yorkshire terrier that he has cared for over the years. I just keep following a vet that gives excellent care each visit. My animals are given the best attention and expert vet care to keep them healthy. I live in Rolesville, but I promise you will not be disappointed making the travel to Dr. Darch's office in Kittrell. He is in my opinion a true animal lover first and Vet by second nature! Great person and awesome caring staff at Kittrell Animal Hospital! You will love it there like I do!

Dr. Darch has been our vet for 10 years. He has always given our pets the highest quality care we could ask for. He is well worth the 25 miles we drive one way to take our pets to him. He is kind, compassionate and incredibly knowledgeable.

We went to Dr. Darch when he was in Wake Forest and we followed him to Kittrell. We love him and we love how he cares for our pets. He actually started caring for my wife's pets 32 years ago. Great staff

Dr. Darch is wonderful! I used him when he was practicing in Wake Forest, even though I'm way down here in Cary. He's a skilled, experienced veterinarian and veterinary surgeon, and he's not greedy. His charge for an eye enucleation is about half the price from the cheapest Cary vet, and his charge for a splenectomy was less than half the cheapest Cary price. (Those are both surgeries, BTW.)

My friend's dog, "Boomer," lived about 2.5 years after his splenic cancer diagnosis (which is about 5x typical), only because the splenectomy he got from Dr. Darch was inexpensive enough to be covered by the stingy pet health insurance (VPI®Standard Plan from National Casualty), which would have covered less than half the cost of a splenectomy by a Cary vet.

I have been a long time client of Lee Darch when he owned North Wake Animal Hospital. I just recently took my dog to his new facility and she is doing wonderful. She was itching and scratching and he gave her an allergy shot and hair is coming back and no more scratching. I will be returning to him again even though it is a bit of a drive to Kitrell. It is worth it.
