They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. Whatever cologne they were wearing was one of the best I've ever smelled. It made my experience that much more enjoyable. They told me a little bit about my treatments' risks and benefits, but I still didn't feel like I knew as much as I wanted to know. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time.

They'll get it for you, but you have to ask several times before they actually do it

They don't always adhere to the customer is always right policy here. Although I have seen them apologize for some mistakes it doesn't happen very often. They needed to pay a little more attention to detail, to make sure they didn't make any mistakes. I could tell their entire attention wasn't focused on me. They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. They made me feel little and like I was the next "Michael Vick". I am am incredible pet owner and they thought that after seeing me five minutes they knew me. All and all this place is for yuppies

I will definitely recommend them to people I know. When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen. When I left their office I had a very clear understanding of my pet's condition. I can tell that it is important to them to make sure all of their clients never leave feeling confused. I've been to one or two places that had a really bad smell. I was worried I would encounter it here too but I didn't notice anything. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. I have moved to Kissimmee FL but I still bring my maltipoo Buddy and my yourshire terrier Ginger to this place because I know they are in safe hands.I'm praying to move back to SC were we all can be happy especially my dogs.
