They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. I was confident that they were using the latest treatment methods. One thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. It was very obvious that they took pride in the office's appearance. It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen. Everyone in my community knows that they are the absolute best in the field.

Not at all, their office smelled fantastic!

Not at all, they were glad to help me with anything I needed
Was this veterinarian gentle when caring for your pet?
Unbelievabley gentle, it is very apparant they truly care about pets well-being and comfort
Did the veterinarian allow you to stay with your pet at all times?
Absolutely! I was never asked to leave and stayed with my pet the whole time

Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place. Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily. They offer the best pricing I've ever seen. I couldn't believe how little I ended up having to pay. Thanks to their exceptional level of care that they always offer here my pets have enjoyed healthy and long lives. My pets have never been misdiagnosed and I strongly recommend them to anyone who loves their pets. They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places.

Their office was nice and quiet. I was worried it would be overly loud but it was fine. They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting. This veterinarian always sends reminder cards for pets annual exams and in addition to this we always look forward to receiving the adorable cards they send out during the holidays. I've never seen a vet that goes so above and beyond to make their patients feel appreciated. Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it. They do such a great job of never overbooking appointments, even though they are extremely popular. I know for a fact that they have lots of business, but I've never had to wait a long time in a crowded waiting room like other places I've been too.
