One of the first things I noticed about this business was that they were not handicap-accessible and offered no means for handicapped individuals to enter the building. There were barriers everywhere making it practically impossible to get in the front door. They left me alone in the appointment room for quite a while. It was awful how rough they were with my pet. They seemed to have complete disregard to the fact that my pet was scared and uncomfortable. I have lost my faith in their care because they misdiagnosed my pet and were unwilling to even consider the fact that it was their fault my pet got worse.
