My visit went very well. They saw my cat the same day that I called. This was the first time that my cat had been to this vet. I did not have to wait. The staff was very friendly. The best part was that I was able to stay with my cat the whole time. They answered my questions. I plan on carrying my cat there from now on.

The staff here goes above and beyond to make my pet and me feel at home. They are the friendliest people! They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. I was amazed at how wonderfully they treated each of their staff members. They were so appreciative and thankful. I've never seen any employer treat their staff better, and it made me want to come back that much more.

What a relief to find an animal hospital that is so dedicated to making your pets experience as pleasant as possible. They never separate you from your pet and I was able to stay within "save me" range the whole time. No taking pets behind closed doors like other places I've been too. I was in awe at the level of service I received. They completely surpassed all my expectations and I will absolutely be going back. Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. The staff is great with my "MISSY!"

They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. My pet hates going to the vet so I was very relieved that I was allowed to stay with my pet throughout the appointment. They really make an effort to make sure that the pets are comfortable and happy at all times, which in turn makes me very happy as well. They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered.
