They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one. It's so refreshing to find a vet that isn't always overwhelmed by too many pets. They are able to spend as much time with you as you need and are never rushed off to see another pet. They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated.

This veterinarian was extremely friendly, and paid attention to both me and my pet. Thank you Dr. Meiman and staff for always taking such great care of all of our pets.

They were so informative, and thoroughly answered every single question I had regarding pet care. I left feeling like I really learned a lot. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. I've already told my friends and family about the fantastic experience I had there. I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want. They were absolutely amazing! I take all my pets there, as does my daughter!

They were rarely able to answer any of my questions

It wasn't too bad, but I'm not sure I got my money's worth.
