They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. They were very polite and helpful and made sure that I had everything I needed. They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged.

They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. Of course at times vets have to do unpleasant procedures on the pets, but they always demonstrate care and compassion. I really trust them and so do my pets.
