Not at all, they are always so organized here with making sure the vet is never too overwhelmed to ensure the best service

Not only were they unwilling to seek any sort of advice from anyone else when they didn't have an answer for me, they highly discouraged me from seeking anyone else's opinion. It was nice to hear how much the staff respected them. It made me that much more confident that I was under the care of a professional. Let me just say that this business is in one of the safest areas around and you will be pleasantly surprised at how lovely the surroundings are.

They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. They were so informative, and thoroughly answered every single question I had regarding pet care. I left feeling like I really learned a lot. One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could even enter, but they really spent a lot of time to accommodate people with all different needs. They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one.

No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments

Absolutely! I'm always able to get my questions answered over the phone right away!

This provider is great for flexiblilty and availablility. Very competent and easy to work with. He has been in business since my grandparents brought their dogs there. We are three generations strong and we love to have our animals kenneled. Dr. Mike normally likes to work with you as much as possible on scheduling and in emergencies his office is right next to his house and he is there when you need him.

Wow is all I can say about them. I have seen some vets become callused and unemotional but you will not find that here. The veterinarian and staff are extremely friendly and treat pets as if they are a part of the family. I could really tell how much they love animals. I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen. This veterinarian was so incredibly compassionate when my pet was sick. They consoled me when I was upset and even gave me a hug. I have had pets all my life and have never found a veterinary office this good.

I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. They didn't pressure me to buy anything I didn't need, which I really appreciated. I've been to other places that pressured me to buy stuff and it always made me very uneasy. I love that they never cancel their appointments last minute here. I can always count on them to be there for me. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. My dogs love going to see him and being boarded there! Everyone on staff is kind and clearly love animals! They treat our dogs (and us) like family!

I have been going to Dr. Mike for 22 yrs. He is the best! Always giving his best advise and helping to work with all situations. Staff is very friendly!
