Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking.

As soon as I walked through the door, I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. They went out of their way to make me feel special and appreciated. One area of improvement that this business is in dire need of is revamping their building to make it more handicap-accessible. It seemed extremely out-of-date and a little unsafe as well. Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily. I've been to other vets that have designated areas for dogs to go to the bathroom but I didn't see one here. It really wasn't that big of deal though because there was a little grass outside the office so it was fine. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of.
