Dr. Jane Keenan is a wonderful vet. She took care of our 2 dogs in the good and the bad times. They are no longer with us but we are looking forward to re-acquainting ourselves with Dr Keenan's practice in the summer when we get our next dog(s)

She is also a wonderful person with a caring nature and I count her among my friends.

Just as a side note, this business is really conveniently located and is close to everything. It is right off and freeway and close to all kinds of shops. I was able to do my shopping for the week right after my appointment. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years.

Absolutely, they usually call more times than they say they promised. I was fully informed the whole time.

They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their staff is very friendly and professional. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all.
In addition, Dr. K. is CAT board certified and fees are very reasonable. She takes her time. I did not feel rushed.
