They had some of the best pricing I have ever seen. It even seemed to be a little under what other veterinarians in the area charge, so needless to say I was pleasantly surprised. I haven't seen any coupons or discounts for this provider's office, but I haven't really looked. They never mention anything about promotions when I'm there. This veterinarian was so incredibly compassionate when my pet was sick. They consoled me when I was upset and even gave me a hug. I have had pets all my life and have never found a veterinary office this good.

I felt very safe in their care. I definitely trust them. One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could even enter, but they really spent a lot of time to accommodate people with all different needs. This provider has no helpful information available online, apart from their address and phone number. They just have a basic listings page. They gave me sufficient information to make a decision about my treatment plan. Compared to other veterinarians in the area their pricing didn't seem too bad, but I'm not sure I got my money's worth either.

I am so impressed with the personal attention we get when we take our pets to Karns Animal Clinic. All my questions are answered, and I feel a lot more confident about my pets' health after our visits. Their kennels and holding area for in-patient care are clean and spotless. The staff, vet techs, and veterinarions go out of their way to make us feel special and respected, and are always sympathetic to our situations. Everyone at the clinic is concerned with the health of our pets and they are kind and sympathetic when clients lose their pets ... I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. Their primary concern is not only my safety and comfort, but also the health and safety of our pets, and they have always taken the time to address our concerns/situations immediately.

I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. It was so nice to arrive and see many fully qualified staff members. I've gone to some places that were very understaffed and I've never had a good experience. This place had a great staff though, and I'll definitely be going back.
