Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. It was unbelievable how gentle this vet was with my pet and it really helped my pet feel at ease. It's very apparent that they truly care about us and our pets and that this is not a job for them, but their passion and purpose. I can always count on this veterinarian to be there for me, whether it is to answer a late night phone call or come in for an after-hour emergency. Their dedication to their clients is unparalled to any other vet I've been to.

No, they are really great about answering the phone right away

Not at all! I've never seen my pet so calm. They really have a gift with animals here.

Wow is all I can say about them. I have seen some vets become callused and unemotional but you will not find that here. The veterinarian and staff are extremely friendly and treat pets as if they are a part of the family. I could really tell how much they love animals. I have complete confidence in their ability to successfully diagnose and treat my pet with any ailment they might have. They've handled everything from annual shots to complicated illnesses, with competence and loving care. They keep the restrooms well-stocked here, and not just with the basics. There is mouthwash, lotion and other amenities. You can tell they want their clients to be as comfortable as possible. The examining rooms at McAteer Christopher DVM's office were immaculate. You could practically eat of the floor if you wanted to. There were no bad smells and everything seemed really sterile. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them.
