I don't know of anywhere else that would've taken better care of me. I had a great experience. I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered. All of their equipment seemed to be fairly new. I felt that my pet would be taken care of adequately. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time.

Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. I felt absolutely at ease leaving my pet here- everything is brand-new and top of the line. Their equipment is all the most advanced, so I knew my pet would be getting top of the line treatment. I'm sure it's no surprise that my pet hates going to the vet, but what a relief to find an animal hospital that is so dedicated to making your pets experience as pleasant as possible. They never separate you from your pet and I was able to stay within "save me" range the whole time. No taking pets behind closed doors like other places I've been too.

Never! I don't think I've ever been put on hold here for a long time

Always, there's no fear of your pet going hungry or thirsty here. They have bowls all over the office.

Absolutely! You can tell that he/she really makes an effort to look professional

I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want. They were so easy to reach in an emergency, they answered my call immediately. It is a relief to know that I can count on them to always be there for me when I need them the most. I've already told my friends and family about the fantastic experience I had there. Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were designated and close to the entrance. Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it.

They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want.
