Unbelievabley gentle, it is very apparant they truly care about pets well-being and comfort

Absolutely, I knew exactly what my pet had and what treatment options were available.

Absolutely! I was never asked to leave and stayed with my pet the whole time

Absolutely, they are always in stock and even offer flea medication by the month

I have been going to Dr. Bachrach since he was in practice in Lincoln, MA. and I had 2 dogs that saw him then and had operations by him. They were perfect after and I now had another dog that had eye issues. I lived in NH and tracked him down since he moved to Petersham, MA. He is the best and I have complete faith in whatever he says. The folks he has working for him are amazing with animals and very kind when you need to speak with them. They are also intelligent about animals. If only we could have more Dr. Bachrach's in this world. They were always very considerate and professional and costs were reasonable. I feel fortunate to have been able to have a Dr. Bachrach to bring my dogs to with their eye issues. Awesome doctor.
