They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting. They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. One thing I did enjoy was the waiting room chairs. They were comfortable and I didn't mind waiting in them for the appointment. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy.
