They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I was impressed with the progress my dog was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. I will absolutely return.

They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. The office was easy enough to find. If I couldn't find anyone better, I'd return again, but I'm hoping I can find better service somewhere else. I did not feel they really cared about ny animal. The first vet I saw came up with an opinion that was totally wrong. It seems she made up her mind and the words "it's an old dog and has had a good life" is not what an owner wants to hear. No I will not go back and I cannot recommend this clinic. I did not find it clean and that means something to me when I enter a vets office.

I was extremely satisfied with how smoothly my pet's appointment went and how helpful the vet was. It really went well. They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here. They had a couple of interesting magazines, but their selection wasn't very impressive. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places. Holly Johnson is the greatest!
