Absolutely! They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen
Did the veterinarian allow you to stay with your pet at all times?
Absolutely! I was never asked to leave and stayed with my pet the whole time
When your pet had to stay in overnight care did this veterinarian call you with follow-ups when they promised they would?
Absolutely, they usually call more times than they say they promised. I was fully informed the whole time.

They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. The examining rooms at Coulee Mobile Veterinary Clinic - Dennis Knight DVM's office were immaculate. You could practically eat of the floor if you wanted to. There were no bad smells and everything seemed really sterile. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. Thanks to their exceptional level of care that they always offer here my pets have enjoyed healthy and long lives. My pets have never been misdiagnosed and I strongly recommend them to anyone who loves their pets. I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice.

They are so kind and caring, and they stay open way past their closing time to help anyone who needs them. They wouldn't deny anyone that needed help. I know I can always count on them. They always educate me on what's best for my pets and give me great advice on ways to help them live a long, healthy, and happy life. I'm thankful for all that they do. Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. I do plan on recommending this animal hospital to my friends and family. I was really pleased with their work and how they treated my pets.

Docter Knight is one of the best local vetrinarians around. He has great staff there. We were alowed into the office, while our dog Jiffy was having work on a tooth.We at one time suspected lymes in Jiffy, and they found it right away.His office is always clean. The staff is very friendly. Docter Knight has affordable prices. Iti s due to the fact that Docter Knight and his staff made a impresssion on my daughter, that she will be looking into, a vetrinary science field.THANKS DOC KNIGHT.
