The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. I will absolutely return. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, The holding area for pets were clean,

Absolutely! I was never asked to leave and stayed with my pet the whole time

The examining rooms at Mcallister's Veterinary Services's office were immaculate. There were no bad smells and everything seemed really sterile. Let me just say that this business is in a very safe area one that even I don't mind having an evening appointment. I really admire them for being more than willing to ask for help from other professionals in the field when they don't have an answer to my question. They aren't even slightly arrogant, and I'm confident they always have my best interest at heart. Dr. McAllister is a very kind, loving man who gave us comfort when two of our pets, at different times, were too sick to continue with us on this earth. The staff showed us respect and even sent us a card of sympathy. I look forward to begining a new chapter with this clinic with our new kitten, Patches!
