I was impressed when I had my first apt because he could pull cat's teeth without full iv sedation. I called to order a different antibiotic and had to wait 8 hours for a response. I called on a Thursday and emailed with a sick cat and no one responded. Later they said the office was closed on Thursday. But how would I know that? It wasn't on the answering machine. My other vet always answered emails and a real person always answered the phone during the week. My other vet would give advice on the phone, but I don't think this one does as my last phone call was not responded to in any way.

One thing I really liked about their office was that there was no waiting room. No waiting room full of barking dogs and frightened cats in carriers...that made my animals experience much more relaxing...they just got right to the appointment with him.

I think my experience would be improved by having better responses to my inquiries. I have an old cat with a health problem who needs to be closely monitored and I need a partner in that.
