I used this vet's office for years before I moved out of state. Now that I have moved back into the area I will be making the drive to them again. They were always friendly, helpful and affordable. I always felt like they cared about my pets.

Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all. They were absolutely amazing and make others in the same field look like beginners. One thing I did enjoy was the waiting room chairs. They were comfortable and I didn't mind waiting in them for the appointment. The only problem I have is they are NOT AVAILABLE on the week-ends. I have a dog currently being treated for heart worms and just had a coughing attack where she coughed up a lot of blood. I could not get in touch with Dr. Parsonson and called the Jackson vet. They were going to charge an outstanding amount just to see her, plus any meds used. They do not even know the situation with my dog. I feel the Ripley office needs to change their policy about week-end er. situations where one of their critical patients is concerned.

Absolutely the best veterinarian around! Their prices are very reasonable and the entire staff is extremely friendly and caring. I take everything Dr. English tells me as gospel. He is just that good!

We have used Dr John English for over 15 yrs, never met a vet like him, EVER! He truly cares about all animals getting their very best care. No one comes close to his prices. In emergencies they dont let you down. Dr. English himself, many times over the years has spent his own time in the middle of the night with us on the phone when there was no time to to rush in talking us through what to do. And then first thing in the morning calling on weekend to make sure things were going good from the night before. I could go on and on about this vet. I will leave it at this I since have moved to Holly Springs Ms and now Southaven Ms (hours away ) and this is the only vet we go to and always will be!!!!!

They had some of the best pricing I have ever seen. It even seemed to be a little under what other veterinarians in the area charge, so needless to say I was pleasantly surprised. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. I haven't seen any coupons or discounts for this provider's office, but I haven't really looked. They never mention anything about promotions when I'm there. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. I am going to refer everyone I know here. I absolutely love this place. My son (dog) and daughter (kitty) love Dr Parsonson and his wife; too.
